Clutch kit Volvo B230 - 500nm

Stage 1 clutch kit with Pressure plate and clutch disc included. Made as a direct fit on OEM flywheel.

This kit suits both street, track, some dragracing and drifting cars if you have under about 500nm. If you have more power than that you should us a sinter disc clutch.

This kit is made to use along with the OEM flywheel (only the deep dish flywheel) 

Included parts
Tenaci sprung organic clutch disc 240mm
Sachs -712 pressure plate 240mm

Release bearig is linked bleow.

NOTE: The 712 pressure plate is intended for a 7.2 mm clutch disc. If you are using a thicker disc, as in this kit, you will need the shims linked below.

The input shaft must also be checked, as it needs to be shortened on certain models.
