Volvo 600hp turbo kit for 740 and 940 with B230 8 valve engine. Easy way to switch to a larger turbo when the main parts are included in a kit. Two 38mm Hurricane wastegate means that this particular kit has extreme boost control.

• Super HX40 #16
• 2x 38mm Hurricane Wastegate
• T3 twin gasket
• Downpipe gasket
• Oil drain gasket

Exhaust manifold
Tig welded exhaust manifold in mild steel, then coated for heat protection and durability. Highest quality and extremely affordable. 42.4x2.6mm piping that is composed in to a very good fit. For top mounted turbo.

Turbo
Holset super HX40 with #16 turbine housing. Can handle over 600hp with good spool.
Compressor: 60mm inducer and 86mm exducer
Turbine: 75mm inducer and 65mm exducer
Turbine housing: 16 cm² with T3 Twin entry inlet.
Exhaust outlet: 6 bolt

Wastegate
Dual 38mm Hurricane wastegates that controls boost pressure 100% safe. These two wastegate valves are water cooled and heat protected with a heat sink that dissipates the worst heat and an accessory kit that makes installation and adjustment extremely smooth.

ATTENTION! Note that the flanges for the Hurricane WG are not welded, the flanges are supplied separately. The pipes for WG outlets are welded and prepared for Hurricane WG flanges.
