The intercooler core is a perfect solution if you need to manufacture a custom intercooler and want the best. According to Hurricane, the power figure is for normal operating conditions, maximum power will be higher than specified values.
Assembly
1. Choose the largest intercooler core you can fit for best cooling.
2. Adjust end tanks and connections, they should point to the side for best flow.
3. Weld on mounting brackets and mount the intercooler using rubber suspensions.Facts
